the hot tub finally worked on the last night at the house, no refunds were offered this morning when i turned the keys in... they said it was 'circumstances beyond their control" well.... we shall see when they have their rentals firebombed mysteriously by a band of hired midgets.... and we will send them an anonymous letter saying it was due to "circumstances beyond OUR control".One regret from this trip: not having two houses.... it was a lot better having a quiet haven to run to... also not having more time to spend with the relatives.... so next year me and Jen are going to get a condo for us, and anyone else that wants to come can set up a 'party house' for themselves. you live and you learn.
The beach was amazing, the waves were getting crazy yesterday, just in time for some body surfing and rip-tide-ish surf.
We gave up on the alligator search and instead ate some alligator bites at the Daquiri Deck.
I hope everyone found what they were looking for when they decided to join us on this trip, some got more than they bargained for, others got less. But we are all going home happy and tired and ready for work again.
